Onboarding seems to be improving, but it does feel like a sink or swim environment, depending upon your manager. Expectation to get to minimum of 70% trailing average attainment before completing a year at the company in a corp AE role, which can trigger a PIP.

Poor experience working at HubSpot. Insane amount of micromanagement, unrealistic quotas that reset every month, and little help from managers to get you there aside from, "just increase KPI volume."
