Current Employee The Contract Management role used to be full of optimism, creativity with deals, fun culture, and good people. Now HubSpot seems like its desperate to retain customers because its losing out on competitors. They switched to GRR metrics. They added activity metrics like "connected calls/quarter". Everything is pretty micromanaged. Management isn't super helpful. The Directors are anxious. This is a tough time to join. And to top it all off it became impossible to get promoted. You have to be doing outstanding side projects the benefit the org, drinking the kool-aid, all while excelling at your metrics to even be considered for promotion. They used to hand out promotions like candy 5 years ago and now its impossible. I don't recommend HubSpot Customer Success roles, specifically the Contract Management role. Browse Other Reviews
