For a company that is very innovative. The internal processes to be successful in this role are god awful. Nothing is scalable. Be prepared to do mass data entry, mass account sourcing with terrible filtering options. Picture looking for a needle in a stack of needles. You better hope some decent leads come your way or you'll be swimming upstream the whole time. And your manager will micro manage and make you question everything you do, say, or send to a prospect.

Very transactional if you are in Small Business, AEs are given a 1-year ramp but targets jump up significantly as months progress. This leads to a lot of AEs churning within 1 year.
