Current Employee My overall experience has been alright. It could be going better but alright with how it's going. Some managers and BDRs do not follow the rules and will hit quota fast! The managers and reps that follow the rules face the consequences. The Growth Specialists (AEs) that you are paired with also determine your success... If you're an alright BDR who hits their KPIs and have good reps with a great capacity, you will quota. On the other hand you can exceed your KPIs and be a great BDR but if you are working a not so good capacity then its HARD to hit quota.
