CEO Yamini turned the sales org into a digital sweatshop and ruined any good culture that the company had. They still spout lies about being good to their people, but you're just a number on a page to these people.

Not a place where you can succeed more than a year. Once you hit the 12 month mark, start getting your resume out there because hitting full quota every month is not realistic at all.

HubSpot is a great starting point for a sales career but as of late the inbound flow has significantly worsened and it gets harder to achieve quota.
