In the contract management department, the role itself is hyper specific to managing renewals and contract disputes that arise. The metrics are extremely fair and the department is full of wonderful people. Recently there's been a shift to more of a performance culture which does bring changes but personally these changes bring HubSpot more in line with how other similar companies work and there still above in terms of great culture and support.

My overall experience at Hubspot was great, I loved the company and its culture. Leadership did a great job of creatively putting plans into place to help their reps succeed
