Current Employee I didn’t want to believe the rumors but there is clearly evidence where veterans are being pushed out. Managers want ramping reps with small quotas.
I hit presidents club last year and this year I’m barely holding my head above 70% attainment.
The quotas are too difficult to hit consistently if you’re not cheating, front loading QLs or getting whispers from partners about deals.
