Current Employee Good culture, good leadership, good product. Lots of inbounds as well and they aren’t quick to fire if you struggle.
They changed the commission plan this year and added some spiffs and they framed it as being in “our favor” but really they made it so a smaller chunk of reps can hit accelerators and everyone else is making way less than before. They also wayy over-hired, there simply is not enough good fit accounts to go around. Maybe 30% of fully ramped reps will hit quota. My biggest issue is that performance feels very out of my control because everyone gets to quota on inbounds (outbound is almost impossible there for some reason- I dedicate a lot of time to it and almost all of my MRR is from inbounds) I wish I could dial my way to success but there simply isn’t enough good fit accounts to go around. It used to be possible to overperform if you were willing to put in the hours- the way it’s structured now only the top 10-20% qualify for accelerators, almost no one is doing 120% or more consistently. Good reps average 100-105% average reps average 80% if fully ramped. Browse Other Reviews

Thanks for taking the time to share such a detailed review.
We appreciate your candid feedback around compensation changes, quota attainment, and the challenge of outbound prospecting. These are all areas that leadership is actively reviewing and iterating on. We know that strong reps want to feel a clear line between effort and reward, and that starts with ensuring our plans and account models are both fair and transparent.
We’re in a competitive and evolving market, and that does mean making adjustments to how we forecast, staff, and structure comp. That said, your perspective on how these changes are landing on the ground is incredibly valuable, and it’s something we’re taking seriously.
Thanks again for your thoughtful input and for the work you’re doing.
