Current Employee The good:
-Product
The bad:
-Sales org has been on a steady and sharp decline the last 3 years
-Overall attainment for ramped reps is dropping every year (often by 10%)
-They have removed many ways you could get paid
-More risk has been added for your deals post sale with attainment claw back changes
-Consistent over hiring and next to no inbound. Ramped reps can expect to have to fully generate and close 75-90% of their monthly quota every month
-You will often see entire teams turn over in 12 months
-Leadership is extremely hit and miss. Changes at the top level this past year so we will see how that changes things but lower level managers and directors are....not great. I can count very few that are well regarded and liked. Not even their fault, seems like a lot comes from up above.
TLDR:
-Do not judge this company on the reputation from 2020. This is a churn and burn high volume outbound role that requires skills that are not transferrable to or from many roles
-There is upside, you can make good money, the people are very talented, just know what you are signing up for Browse Other Reviews
