Once an excellent company turned into a digital sweatshop. Sales. Is an outcome based profession that Hubspot are trying to turn into a metrics based science, if you love micromanagement and doing activity for the sake of it you will love Hubspot. Inbound leads don’t exist and most territories are over saturated, most new reps don’t last 1 year.
