Hyperproof's BDR team does not provide a clear path for those aspiring to grow into sales closing roles. They have huge pay disparities between men and women on the team about $20k difference. Overall Hyperproof has been great. In my opinion, they're a little behind the standard when it comes to incentive. The ground leadership is great and there's definitely a need in the market for the product. But there's a ton of stiff competition, which can make things difficult.
