Due to a lack of strategic vision at the executive level, Hyperproof has become extremely difficult to sell. While the managers are strong, the CEO has narrowly defined the company’s direction in a way that limits growth and opportunity.

Hyperproof's BDR team does not provide a clear path for those aspiring to grow into sales closing roles. They have huge pay disparities between men and women on the team about $20k difference. Great company overall to work for, great product. Product is very competitive to other big name GRC tools. ICP is rough around the edges. Company is good at ensuring people are valued, and company is trying their best to help BDR's grow - but does have lack of growth paths lined out. Overall great culture, and everyone supports you.
