Hyperproof's BDR team does not provide a clear path for those aspiring to grow into sales closing roles. They have huge pay disparities between men and women on the team about $20k difference. They over-hired due to inexperienced management and made lots of changes to the sales motion which resulted in the whole team missing quota. Marketing steals credit for many meetings booked by BDRs with outdated rules of engagement which skews numbers in their favor. RevOps is unable or deterred from updating bad data from the CRM so get ready to work fake leads that management uses to cook the books. They get away with it because senior leadership takes lies at face value and doesn’t take the time to dig in to the numbers even a little.
