Working at IBM can vary widely. The current environment is very PIP-heavy - If you are a certain pay band, the minimum attainment to avoid a PIP could be as high as 80 to 90 percent. It's changed drastically in the last year, and with the anouncments of major offices closing, and you have to live within 50 miles of the main designated office, its designed to drive attrition in the ranks.

Poor. Sales management (at least in my area) was not supportive although they claimed they were. LOTS of favoritism in territory assignments.
