Not the best honesty. Do not waste your time if your do not look certain way. Management assigns best territories to their favorite folks and make sure they are safe and protected. And good luck to you if you are not part of the "Looking Certain Way" Club.

Too much complexity with the sales engine, inbound competing with outbound for new opportunities as opposed to working together as one team.
