IBM is a great as long as you work for the right people and have a great account set/territory. There are many depts and levels of approvals that can become detractors within the org. IBM moves sales people around every year (different account/territory and products) which is challenging. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and have worked with some of the most brilliant people and coolest use cases.

Pretty easy to get lost in the matrix. I really appreciate the non-frat environment, but the lack of general direction when you’re onboarding and new in seat has been pretty frustrating at times.
