My overall experience was great under Ginni Rometti’s leadership. After she left many leaders have changed and it became an unsupportive environment. My manager allowed bullying to happen under his watch, was unsupportive and didn’t offer any enablement or onboarding which made it difficult to get up to speed and understand expectations as no communication was shared. He then penalised me however which made it challenging to prosper.

Company was going through a reorg and laid off multiple teams. Trend seems to be hire, move around on different teams working on vague projects, then let go.
