Still has a good ole boys club. Executives are more worried about revenue today than 10x that tomorrow. A lot of wastes of space in middle management. Spend more time selling internally than to customers. A lot of good products, strong AI strategy, good comp.

Lack of accountability for low performers. Poor OTE layout. Complete lack of transparency regarding OTE. Inflated quotas. Salary draw. If you want to go somewhere to coast and let other people sell for you but have no control of your own pipeline this is the place.
