Current Employee2.4May 15, 2025Very solid company to work for until recently. Blackstone (PE) purchased IDC about 4 years ago and they are finally laying the hammer down. Company is falling apart. Layoffs left and right. Extreme, and I mean extreme micromanagement. Lots of change, and executive leadership/management turn over by the quarter. Quotas are now unachievable and accelerators are a joke....Read More
