Revolving door with top talent from in the field reps to middle management. They overhire then follow RIFs throughout the year based on quarterly results. This includes sellers and leaders who exceed their quarterly and annual targets. No strategy or experience for long-term growth (ie. Strategic acquisitions). Icertis had an edge 2-3 years ago, with recent progress with AI, they have lost their competitive edge. And, extremely difficult to deploy vs the many competitors. Unfortunately, the ELT cannot be trusted.
