Leadership is over their skii’s - there is a constant of throw something against the wall to see what sticks- the churn of employees is very high

My experience has been positive. There are absolutely areas to improve. There are a lot of great people to tap into for assistance as well. Having a boss that sets clear expectations and allows you to run your process while shielding you from everything else is extremely important. I believe this to be true at any organization.

Was once great, but is now broken. Benefited greatly from the mass demand for transformation during the pandemic. But in tougher market conditions their strategy is struggling, which is apparent based on Forrester's latest CLM report.
