Impact was great in developing myself throughout my tenure. However I've seen a lot of talent and hard working individuals be let go for circumstances not related to their performance. One of the biggest challenges was the fact managers quotas do not equal the reps’ quota. My quota was $7k MRR per month. I had 2 teammates with the same quota and my managers quotas was $11k MRR
