Biggest problem is that the quota math was done completely backwards. They said “we want to grow 30% YoY” with no research explaining that this was possible or likely. Working backwards, they gave everyone massive quotas and territories that don’t support them. As a result, attainment is abysmal (~ 10%). Depending on what industry you work with and your Sales Director, you can make money here. However, they will let you know you are disposable and will throw you under the bus if given the opportunity. No accountability from Leadership. They have fired dozens of people who didn't deserve to be - yet the failing leadership is making well over 200k.
