The incentive and compensation structure are below market standards.
Performance measurement is not tailored to sales people even though this is a sales organization.
No one in my team has hit quota for two years in a row. Even the top performers are at 70 percent to plan or so. It says something when a manager who has just hired a brand new team quits the company in under 6 months.
Please do no join this organisation if you are looking to build a career - there is little to no support - territories are not planned and distributed equitably- and finally, this is definitely not the place to be if you are ‘diverse’ in anyway.
