The company is in growth mode with their eye on an IPO. Management doesn’t care about anything else. Also, they are getting rid of all IS employees on the HR research side.

Overall experience was decent but there is a strong culture of micromanagement and quite volatile in terms of job stability. I managed public sector accounts but other business units were underperforming which resulted in constant firings and employee rotations. Pros: Its a chill work culture for the most part. Flexibility in remote and understanding. Cons: Product is extremely challenging to sell. Lot of pressure and expectation put on the Acquire team to perform. Unrealistic expectations - high level managers out of touch and insulated.
