I’m less than a year in and this company is a mess. Everything from how they use their crm to their mediocre mgt, is smoke and mirrors. This is also reflective in the stock price. Should be much higher but too many Chiefs, not enough Indians.

Territory is everything. Commercial is harder than enterprise. Pipeline metrics can fluctuate in quarter which makes hitting quota unpredictable.

All territory dependent but many people are suffering due to lack of interest. Seems like ecosystem tools are taking much of the demand that used to come to Informatica for help.
