The company decided to go private again, a couple of managers changed and I decided to leave (after a few years, they went public for the second time). Some of my colleagues are still there and very happy.

Former Employee3.4Mar 5, 2025Once they went public, the leadership only cared about shareholder pricing and less about employees (2 RIFS in 1 year). They need to realign their products, training and structure if they want to be successful. Be agile!
