In many ways it is a great company but over the past 3 years they have lost sight of what is important and focus more on the board of directors than on the employees and clients.

strict forecasting, no real call training... at most you get role plays. Quota only gets higher as you do well, so you can never take your foot off the gas.

Insight is a great place to start dealing with technology related sales, very flexible environment and a great team with a lot of training happening consistently. Compensation is not good, it is significantly less than other companies will start you at but is a very easy job to work at if you have charisma and can close deals.
