I was supporting sellers from the PCM acquisition for a top 3 OEM for servers and storage. The reps I supported were jaded and rather sell referb laptops than enterprise hardware.

Very high income ceiling for over the long term, but takes significant time investment to see true potential. First few years have high turnover, but beyond first 2-3 years, average tenure sky rockets (8-12 years+). Great culture - everyone wants you to succeed.
