Current Employee Very high income ceiling for over the long term, but takes significant time investment to see true potential. First few years have high turnover, but beyond first 2-3 years, average tenure sky rockets (8-12 years+). Great culture - everyone wants you to succeed. In my opinion, the biggest obstacle is low pay for the first 2-5 years. As your book of business grows and quota/tenture increase, expect exponential income increase. It is my understanding that 2-5 years minimum to see 6 figure income.
