Current Employee My overall experience with this sales organization has been very positive. The culture here is welcoming, and leaders and managers are committed to treating their sales representatives with respect and professionalism, regardless of their backgrounds, growth, or personalities. Insight fosters a great company culture. However, I believe they could improve their sales enablement by incorporating more personalized sales coaching. Additionally, the marketing team could collaborate more closely with sales to generate demand.
