Excellent organization without a worry of death by numbers. Committed, talented and personable people in the professional services space. Desire to see clients succeed. Struggles sometimes with lofty growth targets without considering economic factors. Did see my quota jump 40% which can be unmotivated. Fortunately to achieve or exceed quota 4 of last 5 years. (2020 was the exception)

Insight is a nice company to work at, however the woke management is still obsessed with DEI, ESG and less focused on actual service delivery. They change they brand identity every single year, not a bad thing per se, just shows how immature it still is, after being 30+ years on the market. Current leadership at the top is poor to awful. A great place to work in the recent past is in transition with morale low and key contributors leaving en masse.
