Former Employee I had a genuinely strong experience at Intercom. The company gives you the runway to scale meaningful business, and the product has real market pull, especially in the mid-market and enterprise segments. Leadership expects high performance, but they also give you the support, tooling, and autonomy to succeed.
Compensation during my time there was competitive and aligned with the market for top SaaS roles. Quotas were achievable when you ran a disciplined process, and there was clear upside for top performers.
From a career standpoint, Intercom was a place where I was able to grow, build, and deliver at a high level. Solid earning potential, strong product, and real opportunity for people who know how to execute.
