Does anyone have insight into how the money team is performing selling Inuit's QBO ach and cc processing services?

Nope, I know Intuit is on a hard path right now. I just was recently laid off. Most of their orgs are in chaos because middle management isnt able to get people to produce because they have not been listening to their guys and gals in the trenches. Intuit has become increasingly detached from its mission statement to partner with accountants and contractors. Leading to increased mistrust in the brand, making it difficult to continue to sell intuit products.

This hit a climax when we ran the "dump your tax pro ad" the back lash was enomorous and we lost tenured clientele as a result, investor confidence dropped. It was a terrible idea through and through. It did damage to the companies consumer facing reputation.

in this time there were deficits on the commercial tax side, the cracks once there were now absolutely evident. Comapny culture began to diminish in favor of "winning at all costs" which through the org into chaos. No stability, no clear goals, no real support.

Its horrible, apparently the situation is still pretty bad. Intuit should have never looked at laying off its workforce, and looked at the middle managers who are supposed to be understanding what happens at that floor level to make decisions, but since they dont, and refuse to listen to anyone beneath them. The problem is going to continue to grow until the executive team grows a back bone and starts scrutinizing middle managers that suck.
