Current Employee Growing middle-market presence, with lots of investments in the tech stack. Leadership is inconsistent across teams so you could end up with a poor manager. There's plenty of room for growth, as the company is very new to the market. Since not many people have done the job before, there's a gap in training and development, so you need to be resourceful to succeed. Leadership is not consistent across teams, so you absolutely run the risk of encountering an ineffective front-line leader. Lots of space for growth, very new to the market. Because no one had done the job before, there is a bit of a gap in training and development, so you must be resourceful to be successful.
