If you are a contractor, chances are you’re not being treated fairly. You will do the same work as the other full-time account executives who would not even have the amount of pay. The hourly wage can range between $18-$25 an hour depending on your contract; the commission may be close to about two grand a month. This is for the contracted in-contract. Again, you will do the work but not get paid the $150,000. They will continue to offer you a full-time employment opportunity just to keep you on the hook. Strategically get the job. They have very good training for aspiring account executives, but immediately look for an actual role somewhere else as an SDR or BDR.

Goals and compensation should be set better. They are unattainable and demoralizing. Only 1 person on my team of 8 gets around 80% to goal each month. The rest of us get around 30-50% to goal each month. Culture and benefits are fantastic.

My members were as knowledgeable as I could accept due then not having been trained with this type of sales. Managers we professional. Company is money driven not customer driven.
