My members were as knowledgeable as I could accept due then not having been trained with this type of sales. Managers we professional. Company is money driven not customer driven. They loyalty From their customers buy don't care at what cost to cross sale which results in cancelled upgrades. This makes it hard to reach sales goals for the month. A better system to assist learning customers needs be their greed
