They only do contract to "hire" but never hire people. Everyone is just a boomerang even if you're a top performer. This role is fine if you need something in between jobs. Its not what you think. They also lied and hit the comp plan from us for about a month. 50k Base and 500 bucks if you hit 120% to goal which is about 20-30k you make them and they give you 500 bucks.....Also no true benefits either. Not sure who they lie more to their employees or their customers.

Overall great place to work and start a career. Last few years have felt like upper leadership has lost sight of some important factors.
