Overall great place to work and start a career. Last few years have felt like upper leadership has lost sight of some important factors. Can be very cliquey and political, even between teams or offices. Compensation is great if you're new to SaaS, capped at a certain point and nearly impossible to make money past 175% attainment. A lot of high performers end up sandbagging until the next month. Overall comfy job, great place to build, most people with talent move on eventually.
