Very poor management and sales culture. They do not care about results they care about KPI's. Sales managers who never spent a say in seat. Product keeps going up in price without any value add. Not a terrible place to work if you are fresh out of college but if you are seasoned you will not enjoy this type of sales structure. Also they operate on a monthly draw so if you go over quota you start next month in the negative and could potentially owe Intuit money. It was nonsense.

They only do contract to "hire" but never hire people. Everyone is just a boomerang even if you're a top performer. This role is fine if you need something in between jobs. Its not what you think. They also lied and hit the comp plan from us for about a month. 50k Base and 500 bucks if you hit 120% to goal which is about 20-30k you make them and they give you 500...Read More
