Most LDR roles here are outsourced to hiring farms. With that, you are making a base salary that is near impossible to live off of - especially given the fact you have to be on the phone for 5.5 hours per day to simply keep your base salary.

Failure in the UK! Having an accountancy tech business with nobody having any accountancy or small business experience is madness.
