Great product and leadership. Culture is great and a focus from the top. Comp is low factoring in no 401k match. I will say that favoritism exists and some have much more opportunity to perform higher than others.

Ironclad has a good product and good senior leadership, but the buyer persona is super immature and more problematic is that the CLM space is so crowded, with emerging players reaching parity on tech with far more economical pricing.
