Mid market is not setup for success at all. They are focused on Enterprise and Strategic only. They have talent in mid market in SMB but they instead throw all the churn and down sell their way. You wouldn’t believe some of the people they have in director level positions it’s incredible.

JFrog is a great company with an amazing product but probably nor the best place to be BDR, they have no evolution path and BDR/SDR are rarely promoted
