Mid market is not setup for success. They expect results without investing in the team (comp, resources, training). Management leads via spreadsheets and revenue tracking software.

The most incompetent sales leadership I have ever experienced or even heard about in my 25 years of software sales. They are awful people, scream at their employees and act like the culture is good. Very incestuous. CRO prior experience was working in HR - never learned under a sales leader and it shows.
