Overall experience was great at Chase as a Private Client Banker. Comp was low as a new PCB but monthly incentive payout was increasing each month as I improved in the role.

My overall experience with JPMorgan Chase was positive. I would say that the base was low at the time. I have heard that they have since increased it. Management is a hit or miss. Obviously having a very good manager will help you.
