Poor at best. They want to sell gadgets rather than solutions and outcomes. I have a guy wanting a lifetime supply of chocolate for his family…I want to sell him Willie Wonkas Chocolate Factory and JCI wants me to sell tootsie rolls to his kids.

Difficult to achieve quota without a long history tenure. Expect micromanagement from leadership.

They have good products and services and are well positioned in the current market. Base pay and incentives could be better but a higher percentage of reps on my team are at or over quota. The training they provide is excellent and there are many opportunities for advancement.

Culture is lacking and basically a revolving door. Interestingly enough the senior reps have received a 30-40% pay cut the last few years while new reps have recieved a pay increase of 33%.
