low base, but i crushed my quota and will finish the year around 150k. always conflict between sales trying to win business and ops trying to get unrealistic margins.

Good company with great benefits but the corporate leaders put more importance on inputting information in salesforce for the data/metrics then on letting the sales people due what they were hired to do, sell.

Johnson Controls is a good large company that does what large public companies do, and that’s focus on their revenue. My division is a lower revenue, higher margin division than the other 2 and we don’t get near as much support. Johnson Controls’ comp plan is broken. It is terrible. No company provided leads. Service/product way overpriced for the market (40-60% higher than nearest competitor) Service lacking. Invoicing issues annoy every customer. All internal departments outsourced to India….
