Culture is lacking and basically a revolving door. Interestingly enough the senior reps have received a 30-40% pay cut the last few years while new reps have recieved a pay increase of 33%. Johnson Controls is a good large company that does what large public companies do, and that’s focus on their revenue. My division is a lower revenue, higher margin division than the other 2 and we don’t get near as much support.
