Solid product and solid market fit as well as great leadership culture. Just not much demand in the industry currently. Below average variable compensation for accelerators.

Was at this organization for 2 years and unfortunately it has gone down hill like a ton of bricks. You will meet great people but leadership is the worst I've come across. The are eliminating segments / employees left and right due to the companies tanking performance.
