Sales in this org inherently came from past relationships with key Media individuals at ad agencies to continuously farm these relationships for them to find new clients to incorporate Kargo's suite of products within their ad campaigns. A lot of industry relationship selling, so if you don't have any strong relationships with key media individuals at ad agencies, you likely won't do well. However, a lot of T&E on client entertainment and travel.

There are opportunities for to be successful on the sales team, but the limited training and development along with slow progress with product fit on certain devices make it an uphill battle
